The subsequent ITT process included a detailed site survey and storage audit to identify the most appropriate and functional hardware system to best support proposed working practices and processes, to improve stock rotation and optimise space utilisation. Consultations with staff from the department enabled us to identify specific requirements such as small item and secure storage within the system.
After a highly competitive tendering process, our bid was accepted as offering best value for money and we were awarded this contract.
Our site survey included identification of potential risks associated with the successful delivery of the project at planning stage.
Installation was carried out by approved site inducted contractors including all relevant offloading and access equipment hire. During the installation we were asked to provide additional storage items including a garment hanging system and packing benches.
